Shipping Policy
In Stock Shipping
All in stock orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Pre-order Shipping
All US domestic pre-order item will be processed individually or combined as soon as we received the shipment from the US distribution after it has released in the US. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
All International pre-order will be processed as soon as all items in the order become available due to the shipping cost is calculated based on the together weight of each order. If you would like the item to be ship individually, please contact us to rearrange the shipment (additional shipping cost may applied) or place each item in a separate order.
Free Shipping
Free shipping orders will be shipped via the most economical delivery method available that include tracking.
Since UPS does not deliver to the PO box, we may not offer free shipping to PO box for any order that have the final package size that exceeded 12 cubic inches. In such event, we may require the customer to provide us with the physical address as shipping address instead or extra shipping cost maybe collected to continue ship the order to the PO box.
US Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We also offer free US domestic shipping.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kappa Hobby is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
