Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final. No returns will be accepted, except for defective items. Please contact us within 7 days upon receipt if there is a problem with your item or order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
*Please note that packaging is designed for the sole purpose of protecting the product. We do not accept claims regarding damaged packaging.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com to request exchange before sending your item back to us.
Please be advised that we may not able to offer replacement for certain items .If we are not able to offer replacement, we will accept return with refund.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method or a PayPal payment will be issue. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refused and Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an error on your part (such as incorrect address or not home), we will contact you to reship the package; any return and reshipping costs are due before the package is reshipped. If you decided not to reship the item, a 20% restocking fee will be applied on the refund for the cancellation.
